Drapery Hardware. Steel prices have increased 90% in 2 months.

I produce drapery hardware, but since the last few days steel prices are like forbiden. They have rised almost double in the last 2 months. Since everything else had not increase that much, my customers (retailers) , do not want to recognize me a price increase of 15% aproximately.

Some how I understand them, because my low cost products for a third world contry will not longer be low.

What should I do? Move my factory to China? Import from China whose prices are high, but not as high as mine? Bring some other cheap product that can cover windows?
