I have purchased an 6 meter inflatable gorilla from Idea Inflatable Company.  They were supposed to ship the gorilla over 10 days ago.  I have gotten no response to me e-mails in over a week.  Can anyone tell me if this company is reputable?  Should I be concerned?

This is a second year Gold Supplier and you should contact Alibaba's Trustpass Team report the details to get Support. Sometimes a phone call from chinese to chinese can clear difficulties !

its not good when you get no replies to you communication when money as been sent and you just need to know about your sample delivery.

If you have the contact person and fax, mobile i can get someone to contact them from China for you.

I am pretty sure they are part of the Cheermore Company(China Cheermore, Cheermore Inflatables, etc) .  If that is the case then I don't think they are to reliable.  I ordered 13 slides, jumps, a gorilla, and a few others over 60 days ago.  They have been less then reliable on answering emails.  My products according to James Chan were suppose to be produced and arrive at port some 15+ days ago.  I have gone for weeks not hearing from them.  And every time I finally get a response it is by someone new with a different excuse.  Not sure if they are scammers but it is looking more and more like it.
