Depends on his orders/business that he's going to give me. If it worth much, then the burgundy would worth as an appreciation gifts or so. Alternatively, I would go for option C; budget is still the limitation here.

depends on the customer. if that customer guarentees my financial prosperity then i'll have one too! if not call the restaraunt ahead and tell them to deny having it in stock. that way its not your fault and you save money.
