kindly HELP I am disappointed with Escrow atleast let the Refund department or Fraud department know about my problem . please forward this to someone senior .
I am cheated and i have paid extra for escrow cover for my purchase .
My Order Number: 1008151316 .
It was agreed between me and seller [ Guangzhou Wenqiang Cosmetic Company Limited ] that the goods will be delivered in 7 days by EMS from china . The seller is listed on ALIBABA AND ALIEXPRESS TOO . I paid through ALiexpress and paid extra for ESCROW cover . I paid 222$ EMS shipment for 370 $ worth goods . But The goods never reached . In fact Via EMS the supplier is suppose to send tracking number in 3 days of booking But I didnt recieve it . I complained but there was a clock ticking and i had to wait on your site .Even after 15 days no tracking number . Why did Aliexpress not refund immediately knowing the delay . ?
The tracking number was given by supplier after 15 days ,which was fake NO TRACKING at all even after 4 days too .
After 7 days Tracking number was changed by supplier ??? WHY ??? Mode of courier also changed from EMS why ?
Still NO Tracking .
It is the 29 th day of booking but NO DELIVERY . No Indian post website tracking ? No customs issue ?
I have waited enough ,Dispute , File Claim etc . all done . Even after File claim it is 5 days , But Aliexpress mediator is not responding . why ?
Kindly make My Full Refund .I have attached chat history .
