Alibaba makes money selling Gold Supplier memberships to vendors. They make no money off of buyers. They have no real incentaive to protect buyers. You protect those who pay you. They may try to appear to help but they do not help buyers. There are many honoest vendors on Alibaba but the scammers make it hard for anyone to trust the sellers. Many of the cmpanies that get banned come back under different names. DO NOT LOOK TO ALIBABA FOR HELP. If you do you will not get any.

Are these two the same companies? their websites on alibaba are different but they share the same website and have different total years in gold member ship. Some of their information are also different too. Can they be scammers?

Wipp Bv is a fraud company. They placed order from our company. The value is about 1700USD. They paid 30% deposit. After goods were finished. He told me they need products urgent. They need ship goods by express. He said he would make payment and sent us the copy of payment. We agreed on. He asked us to ship goods to his friend in Yiwu. But after we shipped goods to his Friend in Yiwu. No any news from them again. We still don't receive rest money for two weeks. And we tried to contact this guy by email or phone. No answer. We warned them that we would make a police report, After this. He told me they didn't make rest payment at all. They sent us the wrong copy of payment. And he said in case they paid really. What we would do if goods are bad And now they said goods are bad quality. Because their customers don't pay them.They can't pay us. This is really fraud company.
Please be careful with them. And please alibaba do something.

kindly HELP I am disappointed with Escrow atleast let the Refund department or Fraud department know about my problem . please forward this to someone senior .
I am cheated and i have paid extra for escrow cover for my purchase .
My Order Number: 1008151316 .
It was agreed between me and seller [ Guangzhou Wenqiang Cosmetic Company Limited ] that the goods will be delivered in 7 days by EMS from china . The seller is listed on ALIBABA AND ALIEXPRESS TOO . I paid through ALiexpress and paid extra for ESCROW cover . I paid 222$ EMS shipment for 370 $ worth goods . But The goods never reached . In fact Via EMS the supplier is suppose to send tracking number in 3 days of booking But I didnt recieve it . I complained but there was a clock ticking and i had to wait on your site .Even after 15 days no tracking number . Why did Aliexpress not refund immediately knowing the delay . ?
The tracking number was given by supplier after 15 days ,which was fake NO TRACKING at all even after 4 days too .
After 7 days Tracking number was changed by supplier ??? WHY ??? Mode of courier also changed from EMS why ?
Still NO Tracking .
It is the 29 th day of booking but NO DELIVERY . No Indian post website tracking ? No customs issue ?
I have waited enough ,Dispute , File Claim etc . all done . Even after File claim it is 5 days , But Aliexpress mediator is not responding . why ?

This company is a really bad company. When he need pay balance payment. He also told us that they need goods very urgent. He would paid us balance money. He need us to ship goods as soon as he sent us the copy of payment. But after that. The copy of payment is wrong. And he would say that our goods are bad quality. Their customers would not pay them. So they would not pay us. Wiapp Bv is a bad customers. Frits is very bad man. Please chinese suppliers don't do business with this company. Otherwise you will loss much money
They still don't pay us over 5000usd
