and i did not received my goods and i been trying to contact them to get my money back or to get my phone,i paid 245 usd thats alot of money here in the u.s specially with the prices of gas!! but nothin has happened so someone please help.

Hi all, just to let you know never ever order anything from this people.

l have paid them 3500 USD for 125 pairs of not branded shoes.

l received 54 pcs of crap shoes.... all CHANEL, VERSACE and BURBERRY.... all big , fat fakes and broken....

Of course ALIBABA WON T DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT as they only care about their big , fat fees....

Can every one that ever had a problem with a seller contact me and toghether make a complaint further to have thir website closed???? as they don t bother about us people, they care about their MONEY

If there is a GOD..... please HEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi - I have been scammed several times myself.  Out of four orders I placed,  only ONE actually sent what I ordered.  I wish someone would post a list taking  names of companies that they KNOW are honest - but I'm sure the scammers would find their way onto that list too.  There has to be a better way!Quoting from [tkammyus]:

I have posted the details on the theft against me  committed by Tongfa,   yet I have not heard from anyone at this Alibaba web site about the scam I experienced and it appears that Tongfa is still advertised by Alibaba web site as a Gold Supplier.

Alibaba web site webmasters appear to be complicit in the  fraud and theft which Tongfa//Jinyongfu represents.  Clearly Alibaba web site webmasters are being cut in on the criminal profits ill-gotten gains  from theft that Organized Crime entities like Tongfa rip off.

Who are the Alibaba webmasters ?

'They could help' does not mean they cannot and won't help you. I'm sure that they have solved some of the cases but the problem is that they are not able to solve all the issues on time.

 

 

I hope what you're saying is true, Mr. Business in China.  I have contacted Alibaba several times and received computer-generated replies. We need appropriate actions from them not words or empty promises.
