Dear Fay,

Thank you for your note.  I had expected such a note from Albaba Co that they would not do anything.   Then to say I should go to my local police they have no ties with another country on this type of fraud.  Your company should give a little more protection to its customers and you should be notifying the police on my behalf where this sell lives.  Your Company presented him as a reputable Gold Seller.  If you present someone as a Gold Seller I would think your Company already determined the risk was low dealing with this guy. 

I think since you know more about this Gold Seller where he is and all you should notify the authority's in the area he is in so they can stop his thievery. 

It is convenient for you to try to sweep this under the rug but after all your Company did represent this person as one that was safe to deal with as a Gold Seller. 

Sorry but your Company needs to notify the authorities in the Sellers local and stop him in his evil ways.

So please tell me why your Company would not notify the local police on my behalf in the area this man is in.  If you want any documentation as to the money wire I sent him or correspondence he sent me to get the money let me know and I will provide.

I had faxed most of the correspondence to you and where did that go?
