I for myself have ended this useless reporting since Alibaba has stopped to confirm the receiving of complaints/reports and send you instead a promotion mail for a Trustpass Membership !

Dear Wilhelm, yes, we need more people to help those victims online. Alibaba Service Team should play a more important role than us individuals in China for these cases. Yes, we can also help you in China!

This post is simply let new comers know that they Could seek help from Alibaba Service team as most of them do not know where to report.  I can personally report some cases to local police stations in China but sometimes I'm too busy. Also we're pusching Alibaba service team to take more measures for those biz victims on this site and win more attention on those cases!

'They could help' does not mean they cannot and won't help you. I'm sure that they have solved some of the cases but the problem is that they are not able to solve all the issues on time.

Thats problem  Xingfutrade Scams have 50 days ago  , xingfutrade continue online and continue cheaters people,  its ridiculous i send evidence to scams many times and never solution , never stoped site .

 have send total evidence to  alibaba@alibaba-inc.com  , lili.full@alibaba-inc.com , run.fengr@alibaba-inc.com , yaqin.zhaoyq@alibaba-inc.com   and dont make nothing , team admin Alibaba its very suspicious .....

report to local police station..log a complain and also bring the prof that you made a payment to them for the item you both...about the nokia,its better to contact  the nokia house closest to you and ask them where to report them...im sure your local police station can help you.
