Agreements with sourcing agent abroad: how to?

Good day
Assume a business requires the contribution of a sourcing agent (abroad, working on commission):
Which agreements need to be drawn up? E.g. confidentiality, etc?
Which are the most important points?
What is the standard formula (percentage of XYZ value) for compensation (commission)?
Could you please point me to examples of such agreements?
