To whom it may be considered:

I want to send messages to some companies in china.But when i want to send my messages,an error occured during the procedure.the error tells me that my message is not actually in English.But it's reaaly in english.That's the type of error which prevents me from sending messages.

I really need to make contact with those country.

What can i do now?

I haven't  meet with the same problem as yours , in fact i don't know what is the  problem either.

So have you attached anything when you send your E-mail? Make sure the name of your attachment also be English too,at least no your own language .Becauce one day i failed to send one of my E-mail and been informed that the name of my enclosure is not English.

Then when the problem continued, so change a E-mail to do that instand.

Somehow you got an unrecognized character in your text. For example, it happens to me sometimes when I write a Spanish name and include an "accent" that has to be there in Spanish, but not in English.

Another reason could be that you copy and paste a text from somewhere else, instead of typing it yourself. In such a case you might also (inadvertantly) copy a control character that is not recognized by Alibaba's software.

So, as long as you type it all yourself and only use the common English characters, you shouldn't have a problem.
