The form of payment does not make the transaction secure.
Doing your due dilligence and insisting upon a pre-shipment inspection BEFORE releasing final payment is what ensures that you get what you are paying for.

well, thank you ...i am a beginner in Import/Export and sure i need some help.I believe in China's Product for African market.I would like to import some products and then sell in africa.why to be an agent and don't keep africans to make their own business ?it's a question;and i have an answer but i prefer to forget it !So, as i said i try to begin...and i am alone for now...i will go in africa for other " work" ....(theatre)and i am sure that china's products are very competitives.....may be i will go in Help/humanity/businessbut never i will forget who they are....and who i am...Thank you again.Mr fabien Kuniecow.Apt/france. e-mail : meetloft@yahoo.fr
