Where can I find suppliers of HTHP pipes, meaning alloy seamless ones?

It' really hard for me to find a stable and reliable supplier of HTHP pipes, steel plates. I've made some inquiries to AK steel Corp, CSN, Arcelor-mittal. but no reply from them. Can you help introduce some in your region? Thanks
