Most likely you were looking at the purchase offer (the interest to buy) of somebody. In this case, it would mean that the unit price of the merchandise he is looking for should be in the range of 1-20 dollars... unless he misunderstood, because such a big difference between minimum and maximum price sounds a little odd to me.

this rang is bassed on your order quantity.

such like FOB cost to be 300$,

if you order 2000pcs each pc would suffer FOB cost 0.15$

if your order 4000pcs each pc would suffer FOB cost 0.075$

then this cost plus factory production unit cost  would be the final FOB cost.

FOB, full mane is Free On Board. Means the supplier will take the goods to landing, after the goods be taken on board, you should pay the shippment cost when you get the goods.

USD 1~20, means the actual price will be decide on your quantity. such as you just buy 20pcs, the price is USD 20, but if you buy 200000pcs, the price is USD 1.

Hope it would help you in your job.[em7]
