2,Find a reliable sourcing agent for you in China.

Dear sir,as i know there may several ways for you to see if the company you interested is legid.
Firstly,before you contact them,you can use the serch engine such as baidu or yahoo,and enter the name of the company you are interested.It will be legal with the concrete information or inlegal without any spec of it.
Then you can find out their web,so you can learn more information from the web.Nomally a legal company will have a formal web.
Also it will de deteched out that when you contact them,a proffesional one will be answered your question freely ,that means they will know what they want to sell perfectly.So when you find someone is even unfamiliar what they sold,take care,maybe he is a scammer.
Finally,you can learn something from their email address.An formal one should be business email address.
Sometimes if avillable,you can ask your friends in same city of the company to help you to collect informations about the company.
