Some days ago an INDIAN BUSINESS man from UK("live & do business in UK"-informed by him) requested me many times for samples. I sent him some samples courier collect basis, I found he received samples but after that he never contacted me. Even he did not reply with his comments about the samples !!!

Last year a SAUDI-ARABIAN company asked samples for many times, they said they would start business immediately after receive samples. I sent them free samples by my own courier cost. 10 Months gone, no response from them till now.

PLEASE KNOW THE COMPANY/PERSON BEFORE SENDING SAMPLES.

Yes, I agree  Many a times one would not know the business of the company and its background since the mailing and all other things are done using information technology.

Many people just pick up the samples and then either are not clear about the way the things could be used.  Few may try to duplicate the things.  This is really harmful for the business.

Based on the volume of business one may try to find out the reality of existence and by finding out sources which can help in picking up the information like an agency.

After understanding the background, it would be the very right thing to move further.

A feedback form may be obtained before the delivery of the sample to understand the requirement.  At least this could help for the business.
