How to cope with different email from different country.

I am engaged in foreign trade for half a year, shoulb be still a green hand, every useful email i studied andseriously replied to them,but always got no reply or few mails later,got no more message. Somebody here can help me, thank you.[em4][em3]

Dear Friend

I think just replaying is not sufficient.

It is important to compile a reply which captures the interest of the buyer. If you tell them all the things about your company and do not inform that what benefits you can offer them they will not give second thought to it.

Also when replying to a buyer you should consider the culture he is from, the type of business he is in.

A good knoledge of market can go wonders to your success rate.

Try to think from customer's perspective, consider what they are looking for rather than what are you trying to sell. Patient is the key to success in international trade, hopefully you able to go throught it!
