Received a large number of products' quotations from suppliers, I do first look over their quotations, then browse their websites. If I check some suitable suppliers out, I can contact them with MSN, Skpe, yahoo for the further inquires.

First I think we have to do something that make our reply different from others, that is to make sure our reply will be read.

second, we have to attrack the customers interest and attention in content, some useful information of the industry  you are in should work

Finally, keep attacking, that's Mc Jordan told Kobbe and it also works for us. never give up for a potential customer, I used to follow up a customer for entire year and got the order.

The job market doesnt treat us really well, so does the buying market. Thanks to the crisis my sales figure does never stop from declining, though it hasnt bottomed out yet. For me, none of these buyers are interested in your mail unless you posted on languages particular to each and every one, for that i suppose google translator is competent for such job. Secondly different strokes for different folks. Some entrepreneurs tender to a more casual way of speaking that bouces back to the way they post an inquiry. Therefore your tactics towards emails are diversified.
