I have used DHL for years.  I first started using DHL when I was importing ebony from Cambodia.  Now I use it for horse hair and many other products.  It is quick, safe, and inexpensive compared to Fed Ex or UPS.  I have also found more DHL offices in China and S. Korea than UPS or Fed Ex.

Here a tip when you have a volume of at least 10 small sample packages within a month: UPS needs volume (so do all other carriers), but they are willing to put the prices down. Talk with their sales team. If that does not work, give me a call or send me an eMail or contact me on the trade manager with your information and the average volume per month/ package size. I am in close contact with the district manager here on the East Coast and they can get you somebody over to your place to negotiate prices. With me they did beat what DHL offered me (37.00 USD per 20lbs Export). So let me know if you need help on that front. USA using the postal service is a good way, but here in the Philadelphia area, they keep on loosing packages.

If you are sending free samples maybe the person you are sending them to (for free) will agree to pay for the shipping!

I think the EMS is the best and chespest way .but it need long time .you can also use DHL.it is more quickly thanEMS but the fee is almost double than EMS
