FYI, Ningbo is a ctiy, while YINZHOU is one of its districts, so at least, this company's name is not a valid one over Chinese laws, as it does not have its own commerce mark in this name. A valid name should like this:

NINGBO YINZHOU ABC (or whatever) ENGINEERING MACHINERY MANUFACTURER CO., LTD.

I mean a valid name should be: City name + sometimes district name + own commerce mark + nature or character or catagory of business + co., ltd.

For example, following names are valid over China laws:

Ningbo Alibaba Trading Co., Ltd.

Ningbo Yinzhou Alibaba Manufacturing Co., Ltd.

Ningbo Yinzhou Alibaba Electronics Co., Ltd.

Ningbo Alibaba Electronics Manufacturing Co., Ltd.

Alibaba it's their own commerce mark.

Ningbo Yinzhou Bopu Engineering Machinery Manufacturer Co., Ltd.  is a valid name. It does not look like a scammer, however, control your own business risks by yourselves.

first,the company name can be city+district+machinery co.,ltd.There is no problem.In China,some big or famous companies have the autority to use this name sequency.

Second,while I seach it by search engine,the full name of this company si Ningbo Yinzhou Bopu engineering machinery manufacturer co.,ltd.I think maybe you have made a small mistake and leave its brandname Bopu.
