i am writing this article to make all of my fellow trustpass members know that the gold suppliers are given the e-mail i.ds of the byers along with the rest contact information where as the trust pass members are not given such a thing.Its ok that the the gold suppliers are from China and also the alibaba is chinese concern so they give them preference in the trade leads and products posting but why in the contacts like giving them the business e-mail i.ds and for us only phone nos.Also i had heard only trustpass members to say that they receive many fake inquiries but none gold supplier say that also i was confused why many buyers didnot reply when i ask them to send their e-mail i.d s also i may not ever have to came to know this all if i had not sent the inquiry about something and get back the reply from gold suppliers directly to my mail and trustpass members to my alibaba account.The main thing in that inquiry was that i have not written my E-mail anywhere.

As I know, it seems Gold Supplier's membership is the most expensive. It costs more than $ 7 thousand yearly while TrustPass is $589. I think this is the main reason why Gold Supplier can share some extra benefits.

If I am a TrustPass member, I really would like to chat with buyers through Alibaba online feedback system becasue we can avoid receiving virus. 

Although Gold Supplier can get the buyer's email address, they still can not get orders if their product and price is not attractive enough. So, I think I need to think out what buyers exactly need. Do you agree with me?   Yours Dada.

see i dont exactly accept this point because i am a trustpass member and from the last year i had seen that i am not able to contact my buyers because i dont have their e-mail ids and this is true because i ask from you that why will you bother to open alibaba and chat with the trustpass suppliers when you are getting * lot of inquiries on your personal e-mail id which you check daily.Many inquiries which come to me are for one time because when i ask them to send their e-mail id they did not send the mail back.eack time for that i have to call that buyer to give me his e-mail id and then i am able to chat with him.


So sir you see that how much money of me is wasted in calling that buyers and if the alibaba charge some more money from me and give me more do it.

well, in my oppinion as a buyer, i don't see why this should be an issue, you get the services you paid for, so if gold members pay more than trustpass members, surely they deserve to have more as compared to trustpass ones.  Anyway, when a buyer  likes your products, it does not matter what membership you have because they will then give you their details to establish cooperation.

You get what you paid for. You are given a contact method via the Alibaba system. In more than 2 years I have NEVER received a direct email from a Gold Member. All my contacts go thru my Alibaba account. I get a notification that someone has contacted me thru the Alibaba system in my registered email account but I never get a direct email from any ALibaba members, INCLUDING Gold members.

Its a CHINESE company sparky and the Gold Supplier pay over 8K a year against your 600 so stop whining.

And this coming from a guy who has serious issues with the TP system!

Only Chinese people can become a G.S. and the rest of the world can only become a T.P.

So therefore even if the GS pays more or less, we should have the same service for 100%.

But as many already wrotre it is a chinese system and set-up for the chinese mainly.


I also receive many request without their email address. i need to write them back, because often their phone number is fake.


And 75% does not rely back to send me their email address. Then why the * you ask for info, if you do not wish to give me your email address.


Or are they to stupid and think we can send all kinds of files through alibaba system?.
