Please do something about file attachment restriction
As we all are aware that present file attachment limit with messaging is 200 KB and that too for jpg and GIF files only.

BUT IT IS NOT DOING THE PURPOSE....

Nearly all of our price lists and brochures are in pdf form and when we try to convert them to picture form then, their size increases tremendously and we can't attach them with our messages. As a result of which, we need to ask the customers nearly everytime to give their email addresses first so that we can reply them with needful information. Many times such probable customers remains silent.....

You are therefore requested to either please increase the size limit of picture files and / or allow the pdf files extensions to be attached with our messages.

A minimum 200 KB limit for pdf file would be ok for most of all.

P.S.: I have seen the pdf file transfer limits of upto 3 MB on other popular B2B which is working fine over there. If Alibaba claims to be the best of B2B then you should try to match it in every respect.

Hi sir,

Although sending price lists and brochures at once to your customer is time-saving, it is also difficult for buyers to find the exact information they want. In this case, brief and important information is advised to send to buyers first.  Otherwise, it is easy for buyers to ignore your quotation. After further communication, you may send buyers more detailed information.

I also would like to share with you the way about how to compress the picture files so that you can send the files to buyers through message on our site. Please take the steps below to compress your picture files:

1) Open your image file with the Drawing Tool

2) Press "Ctrl+W"

3) Modify the percentage of "H" and "V" accordingly

4) Click "OK"

5) Press "Ctrl+S" to save this new picture

Meanwhile, we will also take your suggestion into consideration in the next programm upgrade. Let's wait for the next improvement. Thanks.

Hello!

I think that Mr.. Agarwal is right to say!.... at least this facility must be provided to paid members... as it will be very time saving and easy to trade at only window.... ONE WINDOW OPERATION, is very common through out the world. So why not trade at one window web...

Will increase traffic on the web too...

Thanks:-B
