Dear Sir,
Why the agent should not use the Transferable L/C and get the profit out rather than going through NCNDA etc.
I am agent and planning to use either Back to Back L/C or Tran L/C . What could be the potential issues can be raised on this mode?
And if multiple agents are involved between the buyers and sellers, What sort of method is best suited to get the profit out.
