I have signed an agent contract with Chinese company in Shenzhen city, I want to register this contract in my Country, Where to attest this contract to be legal to use outside of China.

I know it has to be attested in China Forigen Affairs and my Embassy in China but before that where to attest it in Shenzhen?

Dear Kfaer,

Chinese law does not require an agency contract to be attested to be valid. If it is the law of your country that has such requirements, I think the best course of action is to enquire with the ministry of your country to find out which specific government body of China or your emabassy in China can make such attestation.

Hello,  you need to attest it in CCPIT shenzhen sub-council, CCPIT is the only organization who is responsible for such attestation in China, it has another name CCIC, you can google its website online. Please talk with them directly, phone number follows:

actuallly the key issue is not to attest it but to make a carefully drafted contract in order to protect your future interests. Usually after you two sides sign the contract, it will be legally binding. If you want to have a witness sign on the contract, you may also go to a local lawyer. This will also help for future proof of this contract to be real.
