I have taght over 200 hundreds students from 4 years old to 70 years.  I have had women and men..  All are looking for Western equipment and appliances so they can make the foods that I teach.

i graduated with Food Science and Technology with honours about 24 years ago.  Have been working in the food industry as technical sales, account management, product management, export sales, regional sales, business developer, market developer, and lately into recipe development, quality management for food processing.  Have worked in Ajinomoto, Nestle, Givaudan, IFF, Nikken, Henkel, NZDB before in many roles.  Have much experience in developing recipes for culinary products, and many have been commercially launched.  Among them are recipes for soups, noodles, sauces, snacks and seafood.  Willing to share & learn new ideas on developing recipes with food ingredients with others.

As your letter about expert moderators,I am Azin Nuralishahi, a food engineering expert in Iran.We work with big food product companies in Iran.we are consulter and seller .we are representive of Kerry Bioscience Co & DMV international in Iran ,we sell emulsifiers,stabilizers ,starch,topping base,MPC(Milk protein concentrate),WPC ,enzyme etc.Also we have production line of biscuit,packaging ,mineral water,dried fruit and vegetable .

I am not a specialist in cooking or food industry.  I want to do business by selling low cost food products and ready food to the billions of poor people all over the world.

I have suggestions for cost of food less than a Euro which does not require water or electricity or fire or refrigarator to keep it for a years time and then to use it. Lets allow children all over the world of any nationalit, of any religion, of any culture to get thid food.

I am a commerce graduate and done my masters in Economics. Also completed Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration with major in Marketing.
