Iam in midst of publishing (hard copy) and International Food Encyclopedia. I would love to be involved but at this moment in time, my husband just died on April 10th 2008 and I have lots of estate things to wrap up to where I cannot possible dedicate myself to this at this time. It certainly would be right up my alley; especially with foodie terms and ingredients from around the world. Nomenclature in food has been a missing ingredient, and especially French terms, which are used in intenational kitchens and are tossed about by TV chefs leaving housewives sometimes non-the wiser and I have written the book they can refer to - in fact I refer back to it myself as there is no way I can keep it all 300,000 words all on the tip of my tounge and in languages such as French, German, Italian and Spanish, as well as Persian, Indian, Chinese, Thai and Japanes and Australian terms.
Give me some time to settle down and I think I could be a moderator. By the way, what do you pay for this to me? I am a published cook-book author of 3 books.

We own the largest organic website in Australia and I have written a cook book designed for quick healthy meals.
We also have a community which shares recipes to the website. I have also created other online communities, forums and blogs and am very familiar with forum management.
