Due to growth of membership from Turkey, I want to be a moderator of TURKEY Forum. TURKEY offers garments products at a reasonable price and also exports Blankets tea, hazelnut, foods, cement, handicrafts etc.

I will look for "A" players who can fill variuos needs in different aspects. In my view it may starts with 2 of them, but eventually I will not exceed 12. But I suppose 4 "A" players would be enough.
First "A" player would take care of Customers: networking, answering questions, looking for solutions..etc.
Second "A" player would take care of Partners: creating partners from regular customers in order to grow big and fast with reliable new "A" players.
Third "A" player would play wiyh First "A" player, these two will take care of the Community: instead of having regular discussions, third player will creat different categories for the forum. The idea is to have specialized categories that all community individuals fall in proper category.
Fourth "A" player is the defender of the forum, he will take care of our competitors. For sure there will be other "A" players who would like our job but will copy it. These would be considered as our new OPEC, in order to change harsh competition to an organized effort. (this depends on our future success).
We will aim to be newspapers stars: so that our online services meet customers' needs based on feedback from them.
About me,I have a practical telemarketing idea. Made good relations with some "A" players. We can work as a team. We understand our community and how to serve them.
At the beginning, I will play alone of course, but if things grow fastly I have my team.
