Hi,
I have been in trading line for years. Having partner with Taiwan, Chinese, Singaporean as well as Korean, I have learn that they most important think in a relationship/partnership is mutual understanding and respect.
I would think that what you need is not a simple moderator. You need someone who at least have a basic knowledge of Korean Culture.
South Korean ahs a very distinctive culture and they are extremely proud of it.
It if has to do with trading, the situation is even more sensitive, you will have to understand where you are uin the hierachy.
