is it reasonable for to send sample ?

I have come across a buyer who didn't contact us before.One day ,he phoned me and ask me to send two sets of candle holders to him.The buyer is a trading company.Should I send these samples to him?[em21]

Hello,

Hope you doing well. Came accross your posting.

Well their are instances when the buyer need a quick responce so they just view pictures at your profile and call you for samples.

Here you ahve to make communicatiuon with the buyer and ashk him the details about the company. Ask them to give some specific details of their requirement.

If they are willing to pay for the samples then its worth the efforts, or if they are paying the courier charges, then its fine as well.

But is they are not paying cost of samples neither the courier charges, then be cautious of the free sample beggers.

Also talk into account the country of origin of buyer.

1) if the samples is expensive ,I think you could charge it .then send to them

2)if the samples is not expensive ,Yould could send one reference  for them

After send the samples ,Your should making a price list for the client .I think trade company will be enquire u one day if they need it .

I always do it like that ,becuase i think where is the way ,wher e is the hope .

Sure why not? This could mean busines for you. Just make sure they pay for the shipping costs for the goods.
