WE HAVE LOST A FULL CONTAINER OF FABRICS BEING CHEATED BY A. THE BANK WHO GAVE OUT COPIES OF THE B/L AND THE SHIPPING COMPANY WHO RELEASRED A CONTAINER ON COPY PAPERS ONLY AND THE CHINESE IMPORTER NEVER PAID AND WE SPENT OVER 100.000.00 $ IN LAWYERS FEE GOING THROUGH CHINESE COURTS TO RECOVER OUR LOSS , ALL IN VAIN. NEVER DO BUSINESS IN CHINA WITHOUT CASH PAYMENT OR CONFIRMED L/C ND ONLY WITH COMPANIES WHO CAN GIVE REFERENCES.
