Hi everyone,

I have a client who's willing to pay e.g 100 $ per tonne (cement) and I found a potential distributor selling it for e.g 90 $ per tonne.

Now, my question is how should I proceed in order to get my commissions?

The distributor is in different country, the buyer is in different country and I'm in a different country.

1.Do I have to have an export/import company or brokering license or...?

I have a company (Ltd) that can sell, distribute and broker for anything (remotely) related to our products (not cement)

1. Who should pay me the commission?

2. What kind of papers need to be signed?

By who? Where? And when? (where can I obtain those documents?)

3. What are my liabilities if the seller doesn't deliver the product or delivers not what was agreed? What are my liabilities if the buyer doesn't pay as agreed?

4. How do I make sure the distributor is serious and has the product at the quantity they promised?

Anyone with experience in cement brokering?

Any other tips?

Thanks a lot in advance!

There really is no reason to post the same question in every forum.  I asnwered your question in the Ask an Expert forum right after you posted it.

Sorry. I first posted it here, and immediately after that I realized that it was the wrong forum to post, but didn't know how to delete it from here. So, I posted it in the other forum after that.

This is my third day as a memeber of alibaba and my first time in the forums here.
