One of the members here contacted me with a concern that they had sent you money but not received any product. They also stated that you were being evasive in giving answers. I sent a TM to you but you did not reply.
If you want to contact me via TM I would be happy to discuss this with you.

The postings you re you talking about, which business name were you using?
I'd be curious why someone would change their business name 3 times in less than a year. In fact, I dont even know why your using the name of a real company in Australia when your ABN is only a trading name registered in May 2007. Hmmm that kind of goes against your About Us page on Alibaba "DSE, founded in July 2006"doesn't it.

Matty was your account closed here at alibaba as a result of that claim?
I think that your website was down for a while too right due to domain name problems.
From my understanding you are buying product with foreign brand name on it from China and then onselling these at a profit. The problem is that the product you are onselling is not the real deal and you must realize that yourself. So not only are you breaking the law in doing this, but you are also misleading your customers.
The complaint that I referred to earlier was that you had collected money from a buyer but failed to send anything. I do not know if you resolved that dispute or not.
So I think that your problems come from the fact that the product you are buying and selling is not really a legitimate product to be buying and selling.
Now that you understand the process of buying in China why not find yourself a legitimate product i.e. non brand name, and then build yourself a legitimate import business?
Hi

3 I sent you my payment on 25 March, more than 1 month of silence, derision on trademanager, and now you ship the mp4 to me ?
No I will not accept it because it comes from the fraud you made to Anne.
Matt, if you have taken money from people then you either need to ship the product that they paid for or return their money in full. If you don't do this then you could be in very big trouble as Australia takes these matters very seriously.
You admit that you are importing counterfeit brand name product and onselling that. That in itself is a crime.
So if your customers were to make a complaint to the authorities about your business practices then you would not only face problems there but also with the product that you are selling.
You suggest that your customers know that the product is not the real deal but that does not protect you from your responsibilities under the law. I wonder if these people also realize that the product does not meet the same safety and performance standards of the real product!
You may think it a valid defence to state that the customer knew that it was a fake but what you perhaps don't realize is that you as the importer are legally responsible for the product that you import into Australia. So any problems that result from that product are your problem!!
Matt have a very serious think about this situation. It is a very serious matter. You could honestly face prison time over this if you do not sort these matters out very quickly. I think that you are a young guy right - so you have plenty of opportunity to just refund monies for product that you can't / don't want to deliver and then move on to legitimate product.
