Be Patient try and try again and again. Don't loose confident.
1. Post your selling lead attractively and simple.
2. Reply complete answers to the buyers what they request.
3. Price is very importent, so you should aware of market price of the same product in the market and offer commpetitive price. Dont offer low price because, If you offer low price buyers will think quality of your product is low, same time don't offer high price.
4. Give your product details clearly.
5. If you have any certificate submit copy of that because it will be helpful for create good image about your company.
6. Having web site is not important, but it gives good reputatioin to your company.

Main thing is confident and patient,

Try and try one day you will fly.

Wish you all the best.

Please don't worry, Success needs time. You need to have patiance. & keep trying.
Start a fresh, give a thought for a while, what exactly your buyer want. merely giving the quotation doesn't serve the purpose. it must be understood & percieved by your buyer. Try to change your apprach.

Replying to [dazzlediamond]:When serious buyers contact you, they are looking for 3 assurances.

1. Buyers want to know they are dealing with a credible supplier, so your description and language must convey a sense of confidence. There is nothing worst than a supplier who is not trustworthy. ie: not ship on time.

2. Buyers want quality product. You must specify the measures you have taken to ensure you are shipping quality product. It does not matter what type of products you sell, the little details is what the buyers appreciate.

3. Buyers want good value for their money. You want products to be priced right. Do some market research in your segment. Look at your industry and establish market pricing. Be competitive with the rest of the industry.

Market yourself as a reliable and competitive supplier. Find a way to present your product creatively. Try to take more than 1 picture of each product and at higher resolution. There is nothing worst for a buyer than a small grainy picture of an item that they are about to buy from half a world away.

Good Luck!

A website is very essential for trade.

Your website has a powerful impact on a potential customer\'s confidence in you. A professional design, helpful product information, and good contact info can tremendously increase trust in your company. It lets people know you're knowledgeable and up-to-date. If you take the time to maintain a good-quality site with helpful information, visitors will have no choice but to be impressed. Make Your Company Visible Anytime, Anywhere. With a website, you open yourself up to a world of opportunity in reaching people who might not otherwise find you. With the click of a mouse, anyone can get to your company\'s website 24/7.

For many businesses referrals are crucial source of new contacts. Having a website makes it easy to encourage refferals because referrals can simply refer their friends and business contacts to your website. It is very easy to remember rather than having a phone or fax number..
