Alibaba.com Buyers Lounge @ Hong Kong Airport International Jewelry Show

Alibaba.com participated in the Hong Kong Airport International Jewelry Show organized by Hong Kong Gemstones Manufacturers Association in February. The show attracted businessmen from different sectors of the industry including fine jewelry, fashion accessories, gold & silver, gems, stones, pearls and jade. There are about 8000 attendees coming from Africa (5%), America (10%), Europe (20%), Asia (20%) and China plus Hong Kong (45%).
With the help of the Association, Alibaba.com set up a lounge for buyers to meet with suppliers that submitted products to display onsite. The buyer lounge was welcome news to buyers and suppliers alike, many of which vowed to visit prior to the event. Showcase was also set up at the lounge to display some of our Gold Supplier products. These products attracted the attention of many buyers and lead to enquiries for all the members who participated.
