Wow...looks like you've got lots of reply but no one really answering your question.

Firstly, you must understand not that unless a business knows that you are a serious buyer and worth the effort they will not offer to do such ground work as to provide you with an invitation letter.

They will ask you a lot of question, before they can determine if it's worth putting in such effort. I would becareful of those who reply and say they can help you without asking lots of questions.

If they are not a real company they would not be willing to provide you with an invitation letter also.

Test those who say they can help you.

I am not in this line of business but I can help point you in the right direction and tell you what you need to be aware of. I can not leave a message on the forum without offending lots of people so i shall reserve my words. Feel free to contact me if you need advice only.

Reg,your customers want to travel to India,China,etc for trade shows and meet suppliers????? And you need companies to offer you invitations for visa????? You are the businessman. Why don't you ask the companies you have bought goods from to help you???? Ofcourse,you have bought nothing. You want to sell the invitations to these poor "customers" of yours?????? Why would a company invite your "customers" and at the end,nothing is bought or they just disappear once in thier countries???? Hmmmmmmmmmm!!!!!!

I am glad to send you this piece of Information that may help you in your pursuit of a acquiring Visa for China.

1. The very Alibaba is a great source of information available to you. Cheek up the TRADE SHOWS icon on Alibaba site. sort out the area you would like to visit and cheek out what the trade fair is about. There are always organizers of each trade fairs, once you are confidence with products availble at the fair, contact the Organizers and tell them that you like to attend the fair.

2. Search within Alibaba for TRADE AGENTS they also aid traders with visa / invitation wishing to come to China. But it has some cost  I am convince.

3. Have you cheek this http://www.invest.net.cn/en/ they may be directly servicing Africa, but they can be a great help to you. They are also willing to give Visa invitation.

Thanks for your reply but I guess you are not really getting it!  My company provides marketing services, looking for items and basically anything our buyers want to buy. So lets' be clear about that, We are not buying anything and it's only buyers that once they see the goods, make their decision to purchase. The problem is these companies charge additional fees and I think it should be free because my company is not charging them for that service. In addition, it takes time and present delays and etc. I am trying to streamline the process so I can get their paper work in a timely manner before their competitors make the same purchase. You know, almost all the companies I did deal with, when they find out my clients are interested in their products, they were playing hard to get and want to charge for anything they could.

 

As for Trade shows, I know I can contact the trade show organizers to request for visa from any country that I want to get a visa. I am trying to find a better way to do business because I would like to reduce the cost as much as I can for my clients. Next time read carefuly before you make silly comments about something you have no idea about.
