Almost 2 week ffrom now i've purchased 17pcs of 7"gps and the supplier said it is with built in battery, Avi video files supported and comes with route66 gps software with europe map. When i received the gps i found there the gps is for North American people and there is no europe map and it doesn't got any built in batter neither it is supported AVI video files. As i know this gps is for linux and not for Win ce and it is very hard to get europe map. I spoke to the supplier give me europe map but supplier denias giving me any solution and telling me to wait but not giving me properdays how long i've to wait. So i planned to return the gps and exchange with some other products but supplier telling me not to return and supplier won't accept any products returned by me.

Is there anyone who can help me how can i get my money or exchange products as supplier not ready to exchange neither ready to refund my amount.

My help is not for the current transaction, but a suggestion for the future. Some website like Alibaba offer an escrow service, where the buyer's funds are held until he can examine the products. Then the money is released to the Seller. The Seller knows his money is safe until he is paid, so he has no reason not to ship the order. This gives both the Buyer and Seller equal power and comfort in any negotiation.

For now, I suggest an attorney, as others have. If you have a bad outcome, consider it the cost of having taken Course 101 in I Got Hustled, or How to Write Purchase Specs.
