i have contact with 2 american customers for nearly 5 months,but after them visited our factory ,took our samples ,and been back to USA,They gave us the reason they can't buy our products with several reasons,what's wrong with them?or something wrong with us?

Depends on what you were selling them and did you give them good price ? What were there reasons ,I think they got a better deal from another company when they visited in your country.
