Aha, German cuisine! - Well, I love Gulash with boiled potatoes and perhaps a salad, like with cucumber or cooked green beans. Oh, and don't forget the cup of black tea.

On second thought, I love about everything, as long as it is well prepared, abundant, and not too spicy! [em2]

Wow Harry,  I really have to think about this one.  The one that drives my wife nuts is Metvuss, Potatoe Pancakes and Apple Sauce.   But on another note and in the fall I like Pumkin Rice and Red Beans.  Now that one may turn a few heads but I actually got the recipe from a friend while visiting a supplier in India.

My wife loves very hot!!!!!! Chinese vegetable dishes as shes mainly a vegetarian except for Crab Legs and Lobster Tail.

Did you mean "good old" German Metwurst? Where do you get that? [em30]

My late aunt was one of the best professional cooks in Europe and once gave me the recipe, but it got lost, and here in Mexico there is no chance buying Mettwurst.
