The concrete block ( Hollow block) wall is used to replace brick walls where quick and less aesthetic work is needed. I would like to know our members views on this.

Well the best is the Wood Wool Cement Board because it's cheaper, fast building, more resistant. please check http://www.falconis-grp-intl.com/WWCB.html

Well, somewhere I read that to make wood and cement stick together you have to eliminate the sugars in the wood. There is nothing in your flow diagram that would indicate such a process. Therefore my question to you is, is this information correct?

Anyone familiar with the contruction business should know that the outfit of a building should be at least beautiful enough just for the sake of architecture. If you use blocks you are going to need to apply siding elements (extra $$$ for building costs). But you can use bricks and the outerior make out of siding bricks. That saves lots of $$$ and makes building very decorative if you use various coloured bricks. Even for "cold" countries bricks are cheaper and form nice outfits of buildings.

As I said before, it is very hard to make a valid blanket statement here. Let's take the construction market of Germany as an example for what I'm trying to explain.
Wages are very high in Germany, so they are always looking for ways to eliminate labor costs, without lowering the traditional high quality. To achieve this goal they have developed a construction system that consists of concrete walls about 10cm thick, plus screwed on insulation.
Many times this insulation is just covered with a layer of mortar (two good masons cover the outside walls of a house in a day or less) and a layer of paint. That's it!
Now, some people like to add bricks (the thin kind; just for the looks), but that comes quite expensive. First, these bricks are of very high quality (so they won't break so easily), and also laying them is cost intensive. And if you want to use ordinary bricks, the whole deal comes even more expensive.
That's why you see hardly any new brick houses in Germany, and blocks seem to be totally forgotten for residential use.
So once again we can see that it all depends on many variables, like the construction system used (and why), the quality of bricks, blocks and poured concrete, etc. There is no "one size fits all" answer to this question.

i thinks no matter which kind of material to build the wall, we should to see what type of the wall and what is the wall used to. i think that is the most important.
PS: WE ARE MANUFACTURER FROM CHIAN AND CAN SUPPLY BRICK MACKING MACHINE, CONCRETE MIXER, CONCRETE PUMP, AND SOME OTHER CONCRETE MACHINEA AND CONSTRUCK MACHINES OR PROJECT MACHINES.
can you tell me what chemical solution is added to concrete mixture so that it allows concrete blocks to dry more quickly
