An Australia brand company played an order of children’s wear to our company a few month ago. Unfortunately, all the goods have been completed now, but our client can not pay off the goods because of the financial troubles.

This order contain the latest 2008 fall children’s wear, a total of 24 types, over six thousand pieces. I don’t know how to deal with these fall 2008 collections. Anyone who can help me and give me some advice?

      My suggestion is to get back your loss,  your factory can take a big sale to those stock collector,

if you have any written contract or LC or other document, then contact in Aus chinese embassy trade office and that city chanber of commerece with all email communication, they will help you.

i hope this way you can resolve your problem. or you can put the case in the internations trade office.

Oop!  Feel sorry for you!  What you can do now is put the goods out for stocklots clearance immediately.  Maybe you can still get some serious buyers to purchase your goods.
