I would like to get into " metal scrap" business ( HMS1 & 2 and Used Rails ). I need to have a detailed " High Seas Sales" contract terms and conditions of sale to execute between me ( importer of scrap ) and my prospective buyer while the cargo is still on high seas. A "draft " is needed incorporating all the usual and special terms and conditions for conducting the business on high seas.
Also let me know what are the benefits of selling the scrap on high seas.
