HI Louis Du

Of course there is good and bad in every situation.

But as a foreign buyer, we have no way of finding out who is or is not bad, and it is most unfortunate, as always, that the bad outshines the good. First impressions count big time!

As a good supplier, I suggest that you supply references on your websites with full contact details of companies in the west who are traceable and contactable to verify - This will go a long way to improving chances of more business.

Of course some western companies may not like this as they could perceive that their niche has been exposed! On the other hand, if they do not have a sole distribution agreeement in place, then no problem!

I am very sorrowful that you had just experienced a nightmare. Frankly speaking ,I don't like u tune! It's very disgusting and commiserative.Your supplier dosen't represent whole Chinese suppliers! I am very suspecting your Trade Skills and unmotivated remarks! Chinese Products,No.1~~~definitely.

Lio,

Write your points on how you see China products are number one. Convince people you are a reasonable businessman and good in supply in a decent manner. [em17]

Hello all.

There are good and bad experiences with anyone who you may trade with.

I have bought goods from 2 different companies in China.

For me both times were stressful because I wondered if the goods would actually arrive, and would they be o.k.

My experience is that both companies were very helpfull. They delivered on time. The goods were perfect quality.

After sales support has been great.

I have not had a bad experience so sorry if this is a bit boring.

I have trusted people who I do not know and have been given the best of service.

I think people need to understand more about the Chinese business and exporting, buyers want the products to do one thing, SELL and make a profit, but many buyers need to know why some supplier may charge more than others, when we look at the quality of the product, production and management systems in place, but many people just look at the price and are unhappy if they get problems later [em9]

I see many buyers don't want to lay out money at the start for other services, product quality checking, this is the basis.

But there is so many type of buyers and suppliers and we need to look at each in the same manner.

By the way your main title i thought was on the edge! maybe  OFF is a mild swear word but still not good for any post, more so from a MOD [em12], just my thoughts ........
