Replying to [Mattellatech]: As a relatively new member of Alibaba, I've been exploring and reading all over this site. I would like to participate as fully as possible, therefore I've explored TrustP *. However, since there's no incremental membership, the full, annual fee is somewhat prohibative. Have there been considerations regarding more than two membership levels - free or TrustPass?

Thanks ~

1. Appointment of Regional Manager on world wide level
(commission basis)
2. Exposure of Alibaba must be Globally. It seems that
Alibaba restraint to Far East/Asian countries.
3. Alibaba should provide watch on website.

4. Alibaba should provide how many times member has hited
the site.

5. Alibaba should act as Sourcing Company

6. Alibaba should act as mediator/facilitator to reserve
Hotels in China for members to visit China/rent a car/
translator, of course can charge normal fees for providing
these services

Not going to happen..... Alibaba is a B2B website, not a marketplace!

Please learn the difference between a B2B website and an online mall!!!!!

Replying to [Mattellatech]:I have encountered some issues with the website not functioning properly in the Manage Products-Post Products area of it stating I have 5 posted and not allowing me to post product although there are only 4 items showing on display. Has anyone else encountered this problem? I have been trying Alibaba out to see if the upgrade would be worthwhile prior to doing so and I think the possibility is there if you are willing to tolerate the SPAM and the demands & rudeness of some of the companies.

i would like to see a mediator to help buyer and supplier problems, i see many business deals break down due to communication or small problems with the order. For future business this is paramount because one deal can lead to many more but only if the bed is set.

Its easy to loose the battle of communication when its your money and products that are not what you thought as feeling come into the room, this is where the 3rd party can step in and resolve the situation or at worse give their opinion.

I have contacted some supplier because buyers have asked me to help them and the last 4 i have checked 2 suppliers were fine, seems the buyer thought the supplier knew, not 100% so the order was not to their requirements, but we found errors in the suppliers production system that help them or the buyer when records are needed.
Remember the saying, once bitten twice shy, new buyers who get a problem with the first order may not reorder again. [em17]
