Replying to [Business in China]: Environment protection awareness is getting more and more popular around the world ,including China surely .There is a evidence that new cars are stipulated to be set with OBD( on-board diagnostics )system in Beijing before running under the sun since January 1,2008 ,in order to improve the car management,as well as reduce air pollution.
I believe the other large cities in China will soon get in on the action .so ,I predict that there be an increasing demands of OBD-related products in China Market .

Quoting from [Business in China]:
Some products have become out of date with the development of our society and more and more new products are coming into our daily life. In China, more and more measures have been taken to protect the environment, save energy and protect health etc. So in my opinion, the energy saving products, like electricicity savers, environment friendly products, like green food and health products like radiation protective products will be more and more popular in China and worldwide.
What's your opinion on this topic ?
I think mobile phone applications will become a huge thing in the next few years and also appliances will take a dramatic turn not just in terms of energy saving but in regards to convinience and simplicity

When coming to food for thoughts.... well, it is high time, all of us had given a thought about giving an impetus to our food technology. Organic farming and innovative agricultural methodologies to enhance growth of healthier products and focusing on backward integration. Food is one thing demand for which will never diminish. High tech implements and agricultural engineering products we witness in China, the US, Brazil have come of age and other developing economies like India should emulate in adopting newer technologies. There is a wider market in the world for exchange of technology, inputs and knowledge imparting to bring about a real 'green revolution' the world over.

dear sirs,
I do agree that in time to come man will have no choice but to look for products which are environment friendly, energy saving, assist in efforts towards the green revolution, organic products etc. The challenges that we face is that the awareness of the importance of the above products/issues is not very huge as the mass level. Furthermore, even amongst people who are aware, a very small percentage would be willing to pay prices that may be higher than traditional products.
Please let me have some news about some new products related to the above.

food for all.
The critical shortages we saw of staple food products across the globe in the last couple of years is really a cause of concern. Some of the causes for this are,
high crude oil prices
use of edible oil seeds for making bio-fuel to be used as substitute due to exhorbitant crude oil prices
use of agricultural lands for property development, resulting in reduction of agriculture production
in-consistent weather due to global warming
improvement in the life-styles of the huge middle-class population in some of the largest developing countries resulting in affordability and higher demand for many products.
This situation is seen as a huge challenge to come up with solutions to ensure adequate supplies of staple food across the globe at affordable prices. While the prices of many commodities have declined substantially, they are still 50-60% higher for many of the commodities. On one side the increased awareness and need of "organic food"
is being promoted, yet the priority of "higher Yeild" to feed the masses cannot be compromised with even though it may not be helping the environment much. The critical need of the hour is to do the "balancing act". The big question is "how"
