If they were interested they would assign an agent to negotiate with you in your country.  This is a scam.  This has been done to many other would be sellers.  If you were to go its likely that you would be out several thousands of dollars and no contract.  This same thing has happened to other textile suppliers in South America and Germany.

Dear  Rahad

This company totally fraud, just for info i have came to Shenyang for sign contract, short story after contract signed they ask for gold medal for their CEO amounting USD 3500 i have send the money to their vice president Linkun Cui account. unfortunately after 4 months contract signed we lost contact with them as they promise to come to our country for inspect our factory before they pay 30% Deposit. Mr. Jack Su as Business Manager can not speak English and he provide lovely interpreter June and Sharon. Looking his face i am not sure he is a crime.

Could you please advice their company contact details, and the person incharge in this company. is he Mr. Su ? i will check. Recently he change his name Mike

Have they placed a sample order?  Have you sent them samples and have your samples been approved or accepted? As I am sure you have heard, be careful.. Many companies want this  "contract" so they can use it to borrow money in their country.  If they can tell their bank that they are meeting with an out of state seller, that futher legitimizes their need for whatever loan they are trying to get.  Also, they are the ones who need to sign a contract or purchase order agreement with you; you don't need to sign anything with them.  Often the purchase order and trade happens without the parties meeting.  They pay, you ship; that is the whole beauty of the internet.  You don't really need a "contract"; the purchase order is the contract.    YOU should not be signing anything; they should since they are buying.  Hope this helps.  You may consider upgrading your membership to prevent this type of riff-raff from having access to your information.  Christine
