Thank you for your answers, i totally agree with you.

You say that you arealso buying from Hong Kong companies, well the myth here in Alibabaforumsis all brand name stocks from Asia are fakes. Just because HK is part of China so they automatically assume there are lots of scammers in HK as well. There are lots of legit traders in Hong Kong, Singapore , not all of them sell by Pallets only.

Most people dont understand this business, profits are rather pathetic sometimes but sometimes you get couple of good deals every now and then to make up.

And what about Bright Point, is it easy to buy from them? Do they sell to Every Tom **** and Harry? Are they the cheapest?

Thank you for your thoughts.

Yes you are right. HONG KONG IS VERY DIFFERENT FROM CHINA. There are a lot of legit businesses in Hong Kong, though really there are scammers in every country. But for mobile phones, there are a lot of legit businesses in Hong Kong.

You are correct most legit suppliers of goods have you fill out an application. We also ask our clients to fill out one, however before they go through the process we give them quotes on goods to see if we are even in the same ball park. There is no point in a client going through an application process if he is looking for N95 8gbs at $400/pc.

But yes there are scammers in all countries, but in general some are better than others for mobile phones. It really is up to the buyers to do their own research to make sure a company is legit. General rule of thumb is if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is. Money in this business is made on volume, if you can't buy a lot of phones at a time, this business is probably not for you.

There is no supplyers are woth being trusted when you see the first time !
Do you think so ?
If you are a business man,may be every business are being cheated in some time !
So what should they do ? Just give up the business ? Of course not .
You will be careful next time ,and make some research and check some information on line . Do not give up !

Sorry for some reason I cant post the rest of my posts.  So I'm going to summarize.

6.  No you dont need licenses to re-sell these.  Once you purchase from an authorized source, what you do with it is up to you.

7.  No not all Nokia phones are made in finland.  Please check with Nokia, they have factories all over the world.

If you have any questions or concerns please let me know.

I did not know that this was the post from last year with the "free list" guy.  Anyway I love getting the is it made in Finland question?  People are mentally inept fro the most part, I believe that Nokia has manufacturers in Mexico, Brazil, China, Romaina, and some small percentage are made in Finland.

Also I agree with the escrow, LC, etc.  The suppliers I know I have met at the few shows I have been to.  So I would trust them with a purchase and use their terms.  The two Chinese refurb companies I know I have done initial small purchases with and built from there.  If I were to buy $50K from someone I did not know and I had to do it I would go there on a business trip.  A $1K spent to visit is an excellent insurnace plan.

Noh are you still on here?  How is the business?

Many, if not most, of the Nokia mobile phones available in Europe are manufactured in Hungary. Not only their entry-level phones, but also many of the more expensive models.

Nokia also has manufacturing plants in China, but mainly for the local Chinese and Asian markets. The Nokia mobile phones available in China have a special Chinese keyboard and usually only Chinese and English language support.

Romania is also right. In Eastern Europe Nokia has factories in Hungary and, since last year, also in Romania.

Last year Nokia closed the manufacturing plant in Germany although it worked profitable and produced good quality mobile phones. Better than the Nokia phones made in Hungary that can vary a lot in quality.

After closing the manufacturing plant in Germany, Nokia moved production to its new factory in Romania - because wages are much cheaper in Romania and the new factory got heavily supported with money from the European Union. But now Nokia faces a lot of problems with the workforce in Romania and the bad quality produced in its new factory.
