T-Shirt, Rash guard, and board short manufacturers

Hello Everyone. I run a surf oriented clothing line in the US and I have been purchasing blank clothes from american apparel, pima apparel and Alternative apparel. I am looking to get them manufactured per my specifications due to cost increases with these companies. Can anyone recommend any countries, or actual manufacturers that can do t-shirts, rash guards, and boardshorts? I am looking to do small quantities at first (a few hundred per style) and more in the future. Thanks for your help!
