Great Article.

But I would like to inquire how to rely on LC's in the present times, where the liquidity crunch is a major concern, banks are getting bankrupt and credit agencies rating are found to be of no meaning.

How can we trust to work with the LC since most of the major banks around the globe are going bankrupt or on verge of filing the bankruptcy.

Theres no material safety in working with LC. Even getting confirmation added to the LC's may not serve any purpose, since the LC Confirming banks may not be safe as well.

Please advice.
