I'm having a bit of a distress - I was so very happy with my DVD Box Set products , but I am now learning they may be all counterfeits... Yet... As counterfeits, and high quality counterfeits , they still sell well.
I resell on Ebay . And I see many many other sellers selling the same box sets I am, Advertising them as "Import Release" - Is it possible my product is just import release? How Can I tell?
Better yet, how can I convince ebay that my product isnt a counterfeit if it really just is an import release?
I have been listing away so happy to have a good trade relationship, when I recieve a message from ebay informing me a limit has been placed on listing I can make within 7 days because my product is high counterfeit risk, I realize it is quality control, but I dont know what to think of it, or what to do! I want to set my mind at ease and I dont know how, going out of my mind waiting for ebay to contact me back >_<;

Never buy brand goods from china.
I advice you that you contact the production company of the films and ask them if this manufacture is authorised.
If they are fake i advice you that you refund all your customers and tell ebay about your mistake.

As a lawyer here in China, I have been increasing contacted by foreign buyers for paying in advance but not receiving their products and they keep blaming the suppliers as scammers. Yet, the fact is that what they buy is conterfeit products and the conterfiets got seized by the Customs. Many times the buyer knows that they are buying conterfeit products with incredible low prices. When such things happened, the supplier refused to refund money as they claimed that they did deliver the products to the shipper and they could do nothing when the products got seized by the customs as they are also victims for losing a customer and being called as scammers.
The point is that it is very risky to buy counterfeits and it is illegal to do so. You may lose your money and face penalty by your Customs.
