In my point of opinion, the most step is that you shuold prove you information is professional,no matter whether you are small or lager sacle company, esp when you send inquiries, you'd give the clear information about your group, the supplier will pay much attention to you if you pay much attention on them.

[em9]HI,

As my experience, firstly you should know the feature of the producet, and be acquainted about this field. Then you have to check their samples, if these samples passed. Next you ask them to provide the quality procedure document to you. And the test report. Finally you have to know their quality system.

Shall we talk the details in the email: cica-faucet@hotmail.com

As a supplier, i have no qualification to tell u what should u do.

I just want to enter into my experience how should made buyers to trust u.

First. reply inquiry asap, and give comprehensive information of your company.

Second, when he really want to buy your products, u must accept he reasonable payment terms ,and tell he which place should pay attention

In fact, empressement and high quality are important.

Actually the best and effective way is to come to visit the factory you thought is well. But this may be a tough thing. Also you can select the valuable information from the company's website, which dependence on your good discovery ability-what's the good what's the bad, for a good supplier, they will provide good service, not only in products quality but also in its profile, when you are in confusion, just ask your friend for help in the supplied country. He who is in the supplied country will be more familiar with the products industry.

Don't get lazy. You are in Hong Kong that is just a short trip to China.

Many people don't have the opportunity to be located so close to the factories and travel so conveniently in and out of China.

If you are in HK and can not be bother coming down to monitor or establish relationship with a supplier i would worry doing any business with you. [em18]

Dear Sir,

Do not be afraid to ask the supplier for references. A good supplier with a good record will be proud to give you his list of customers.

I will write the letter for you, if you like.

Not all suppliers would be willing to reveal such information.
1) There are many industrial espionage in China
2) Contractual Agreement not to mention the client. We OEM for some large brands and are bounded by contracts not to mention who there are.
3) Unless your company has foreign clients who conduct such practices. Asian clients don't have time to waste by talking to strangers and recommending someone (in near all cases). To them time is money.
