if you are large purchasing ,you would decide the region professional in producing the goods you want.

In my opinion,you should first get the mass supplier material on the internet from some b2b like alibaba.

Second you can email them  integrately.Then select the valuable ones,about three or five.

the third,you can take a visit the factory and make a comparation,

i am sure than you must get your reliable cooperater by the method.

Visit your supplliers website to know more infomation about your suppllier,and ask for  the detail infomation about the products,packing,payment terms. Then you can choose the best one.

This really depends on what you mean by reliable. One can visit an accredited company and visit their factory but unless you do business with them you dont know how they will respond to your demands.  So I guess the best way is to do business with a company with a recommendation from someone you trust.


One thing about Accreditation, you need to know how the company accredits a factory before trusting them. I will ask SGS how they go about verifying a company before trusting their report. I know of one very famous verification company which doesnt even check the office before giving a certificate to companies.

1. My idea is that just try to speak with the people in the company chosen and then you can know whehter they are proessional or not. 

2. Then you can visit their factory like other valuable ideas, and check if it is the one you'd like to find.

We are supplier,we also need to know if the buy is reliable.Maybe there is some same way

,for example we should check if they are professional first,and we can know each othe when we deal with the details. For example the service,the price and delivery time,and if they have some good advice for you,which is very important.
