What formalities do i need to furnish.

Is there any alibaba office in India.

Apollo from alibaba is already there with whom I m having talks reg trustp *.

He says I need co. reg certificate verification and I dont have that, as u know there is another procedure for co. reg.

Then he asked for the VAT certificate, but snce my item is vat free so I dont have that even.

What I have is my IEC no., which Apollo said is not enough for co. veriication

So, I wanted to talk some Indian rep. of alibaba.

You need to provide them with some sort of registration of your firm with Indian government to prove the identity of your firm like:


Sales Tax Registration Certificate

Service Tax Registration Certificate

Shop Registration Certificate from Labour Department

Manufacturer Registration Certificate from Small Scale Industries etc.

Is IEC no. not enough?? This is also issued by the govt of India dept.

They need your business license so IEC might not solve that purpose. You can try submitting them any of the above listed documents to prove your business identity.
